ALL ABOUT YOGA 45

At Yoga 45, we celebrate the ancient wisdom found in yoga and seek to share it with all. Teachers provide various styles of yoga and a wide range of yoga offerings, welcoming all levels of practitioners, recognizing that each individual has their own, unique path to follow. All of the instructors are professionally trained  and walk beside you to find out what works best for you. 

Yoga-45 is currently teaching classes at the Otsego County Commission on Aging, Snowbelt Brewery, and offering private sessions and community classes per clients request. Since 2015 Yoga-45 has held space for yogis throughout the Greater Gaylord Community. As we transition from not having a "homebase” we share this reminder: that home can be anywhere and everywhere. Home is this very moment.
