Wear what makes you feel comfortable (top and bottom required), we recommend clothes that allow you freely move and you don't mind sweating in.
DO YOU HAVE ANY BEGINNER TIPS?
Check-in with yourself:
-You can always drop into child’s pose or another restorative posture to regroup.
-Teachers will work to tailor a practice to slow down, build in breaks and check-in.
-Yoga is a practice of self-awareness, honor your body and do what you need to do.
-If you notice you are feeling anxious or uncomfortable, please step outside of the studio to remove your mask for a breath.

Yoga is a personal journey and practice, therefore, some clients prefer a one-on-one relationship with a teacher. Private lessons are available from all the YOGA-45 teachers.
