About Yoga-45
Since transitioning from the 148 West Main location in March of 2022, we have been reminded of vairagya-detachment. Vairagya, in Sanskrit, is the practice of letting go of attachments and desires, not in a way that leads to indifference, but to develop inner calm and contentment, regardless of external circumstances. Our anchor in this detachment has been the reminder that home can be anywhere and everywhere. Home is at this very moment.
Offerings
Yoga-45's honors our mission,
of building connections in the community by offering:
Yoga and Beer:
1st & 3rd Saturday of the month, at Snowbelt Brewery & Cidery, 10 am.
$15 for class only, $20 for class & pint.
Lucky Clover Lavender Farm Yoga:
2nd & 4th Saturdays of the month, rain or shine. 10 am. $15. Please bring a blanket in case we need to move into the barn. Classes are seasonal and currently done for 2026. We will return in the Spring on 2027.
Private and Group Sessions: Please reach out if you have a sports team, business, bachelorette party, wedding, etc. that is interested in hosting yoga for your group.
One-on-one privates available too.
