  • 6:30 pm Vinyasa (rotating teachers)

Thursday

  • 8:30 am Hatha Yoga with Amy
  • 6 pm Yoga Mindful Yoga (hatha yoga and guided meditation) with Dianne

Friday

  • 10 am Vinyasa Flow with Erin

Saturday

  • 9 am  Teacher Choice (rotating teachers)
  • First Saturday of the Month Yoga and Beer SNOWBELT 10 am $15 includes pint of choice after class
